How does the process work?

It's really simple!    1. First, once you've reached out to us via email or completed our inquiry form, we'll schedule a brief chat to learn more about your project goals.   2. With all the relevant details acquired, Crafted will prepare a proposal that outlines costs, timelines and deliverables.   3. Once the proposal is agreed upon, the fun part begins! We'll prepare a creative brief with sample ideas and images to ensure everyone is on the same idea train. At this stage, a 50% deposit is required.   4. Getting closer to the end! This is where we present your project and discuss any needed changes for the final product.   5. The final step! Your final design files will be sent for download via Dropbox, WeTransfer or other download service once final payment has been received.

What's your payment policy and how do you accept payment?

We accept secure online payments using your credit card, debit card, or your bank account via PayPal.com. We also accept business cheques and personal cheques. Payments are typically due 2 weeks after receipt of the invoice.

Do you take on all jobs?

Providing quality products and meeting client timelines are extremely important to us. As we are a small freelance studio, if we feel that we are not in a position to deliver on a project to our high standards, we reserve the right to respectfully refuse the project.
